TourneyMagic is tournament and season planning for youth travel softball and baseball coaches, with each team's pool-play schedule emailed the moment it's posted.
Parents, players and assistant coaches use it free. Head coaches pay per team: $50 a year, or $7 a month. Every head coach gets the first month free. No card is needed. The paid plan adds schedule emails for every tournament the team signs up for, a team rating, a season plan and a team calendar.
Is the price per team or per coach? Per team. A head coach with two teams pays for two. Assistant coaches, parents and players on the team are free.
What happens when the trial ends? You choose monthly or yearly from your account. If you don't, your team's plan and calendar become read-only until you do — nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time, from Your account → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
When does the schedule email arrive? Usually within half an hour of the tournament posting pool play, between 7am and midnight Central. We read the official schedule twice before we email, so you never get a half-built one, and if a time or field changes afterwards you get an alert straight away. When the bracket is drawn and your team is placed, you get your first bracket game the same way.
Which tournaments does it work for? Most of the tournaments we list. On sites that give a team a new number for each event, you pick your team from the tournament's own list once, when you mark it Signed up.
Can a tournament or club pay for a better rating? No. Ratings come only from publicly posted game results, and nobody can pay to change them.
